Our Story
From childhood to today Michael and Diana have had (alphabetically) cats, a cow, dogs, doves, finches, gerbils, hamsters, a goat, a mouse, parakeets, quail, rabbits, rats, snakes, and a squirrel that they raised and returned to the wild.
After years of pursuing animation and design, they adopted a dog and found their way back to their love of animals. In 2025, they decided to start their Sierra Madre pet sitter business.

What Sets Us Apart
Personal and Reliable
As a husband and wife pet sitter and dog walker team, we have a built in backup that other sitters don’t have. But we’re small, which allows us to be personal. You won’t have a different person coming into your home every time. It will be one of us. Diana’s background in web design allows us to offer some of the perks of a larger company, like instant scheduling and the option to receive updates on your personal Pet Page. As a longtime married couple, we enjoy being together, and you’ll often receive double your value. While one of us prepares the pet food, the other one is giving tummy rubs or tossing the ball. We take our work seriously, and we really engage and connect with the pets we care for. We also have extensive experience with many animals, including livestock and exotic animals. We’ve syringe and bottle fed, home cooked special meals, given medication to large and small animals, and even helped egg bound birds! We’re also licensed and insured, and we accept the method of payment that is most convenient for you.
Policies
Communication
We try to strike a balance between keeping our clients informed, and letting them relax. We offer personal Pet Pages, a private page where clients can see their pet updates when they choose, without pesky alerts. We tend to update more when we know we won’t interrupt. This is why we recommend a Pet Page. If you prefer, we can also send text updates, call or email. Please note that when we are with pets, we give them our full attention, and we may take some time to rely to non urgent messages.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance incur a 50% fee. Holiday bookings cannot be refunded if the reservation is less than a week away. If you may need pet care, but can’t commit, we can sometimes work with you, keeping you informed if dates remain available.
Service Area
We provide dog walking, poop scoop, check ins and pet sitting in Sierra Madre and Hastings Ranch, Monrovia, and parts of Arcadia and Pasadena. We can provide longer pet sitting arrangements beyond this jurisdiction and may be able to care for some pets in our home.
